- Check-in
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. We insist on this
to allow us adequate time to properly clean your unit before
your arrival. If you arrive early, we welcome you to relax in
our comfortable Lodge, pub or visit the beach area.

- Check-out
- Check out time is at 10:00 a.m. It is necessary
for us to strictly adhere to this time frame as we need to prepare
for our new arrivals.

- Pets
- We prefer you leave your pet at home. However,
if they are part of the family and must come along, there is
a charge equal to an additional person staying with you. Your
pet must be leashed and attended. Please respect others by cleaning
up after your pet. Continual barking will not be tolerated. Pets
are not allowed in the motel units or efficiencies.

- Deposits
- Deposits are required to reserve your stay
with us. Below are the required deposits:
- Cabins or Efficiency - weekly, $200.00
- Cabin or Efficiency - mini-week, $150.00
- Daily or weekend stays, 50% of total

- Cancellations
- Our receipt of your deposit guarantees your
reservation. In turn, you are financially responsible for the
entire reservation, whether you are able to stay the entire time or not! Should you need to cancel your reservation with us, your deposit will be refunded only if we are notified at least 30 days prior to your arrival date (regardless of circumstances). If we are notified less than 30 days before your arrival date, your deposit will fe forfeited. We will, however, crdit that deposit toward another booking with us. you will be charged 50% of the total rental amount should you cancel with 10 days of your arrival date.

- Payment
- You are expected to pay for the time you
reserve whether or not you are able to stay the entire time.
The balance due on your stay is payable upon check-in. We prefer
to be paid in cash or personal check. However, we do accept MasterCard,
Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.
